A few points and warnings:

Don't be put off by the currently sparse site.

The license is still in a state such that it can cause
migraines, so be warned. There will be an update within
a couple weeks that will be a vast improvement to
what's currently published.

The patent license needs to be an
all-things-for-all-people license,
which makes it a bit unwieldy.
